About:
Alain Richaud is a french artist initially coming from a conceptual art background. He has been producing techno, house and minimal under the alias of Alan Doe. He started producing I.D.M tracks collecting samples from television, advertisements and recording soundscapes.
His approach of techno is a mix of processed instruments like synths and piano with distorted synthetic drums. The result of these combinations is sexy, groovy and dark electronic music.
He has worked on advertising projects such as composing for Justement Music and for Skunkfunk. Alan Doe lives in Berlin where he performes Live Sets.
